You are always free to contact us if you have questions about a dwelling or if you cannot find one directly on our website. After having found and appropriate residence matching your requirements, leave your details here.

We will contact you within two working days and inform you about the availability of the accommodation in question. During the conversation we will decide whether you apply for it and we can plan one or several visits. After the visit you can decide to accept the dwelling. When you want to rent it, we will follow up with an informative interview at our office.

During the interview we will check the details and discuss several issues concerning the rent. It is the landlord who decides how much income is needed. Furthermore we will determine the start date of the rental period. The contract will be signed in the dwelling in presence of the landlord.
