When you find a property that meets your criteria, leave your details via Enquire now. We’ll contact you within two business days to discuss whether the property you selected is still available. During this call, we’ll discuss whether you qualify for the property and can arrange one or more viewings. After the viewing, you can decide whether you’d like to apply for the property.
If you decide to rent the property, you’ll have an information meeting at our office. During this meeting, we’ll check some details and discuss various aspects of renting the property with you. The landlord determines the required income. We’ll also agree on the tenancy start date during the meeting.
The tenancy agreement is signed with the landlord at the property.
